Roomy apartment walking distance to Nikiti beach, waterfront, restaurants and cafes. Building looks close to new and has everything you need. Nice pool area too.

This is a very beautiful complex with every detail in place. Our duplex family room was great, and the beds were very comfortable. Clean and tidy. They clean the rooms every day and change the sheets and towels.50m to the sea and nice places to eat. We will come back for sure

It is a great place to stay with your family and toddlers. Easy to navigate to the beaches, tavernas etc. The complex itself is well-managed, and the hosts are always there to keep an eye on. The pool was great, clean enough, not so busy so that we can enjoy the time there as well.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the time spent on the swimming pool and loved the location is close to the cliff. This is a reliable location, which offers the comfort of a perfect stay!

This is an amazing hotel, actually more than a hotel, a house! If you are planning to visit Halkidiki, do not think a lot where to book to stay! With its perfect location, well designed rooms and kitchenwares/furnitures, high quality daily cleaning and friendly owners who cares the quailty of the time you spend in this hotel, Leon Villas is the best of Sithonia! Sure we will be back next time!
