Just 20 metres from the 3 km-long Nikiti Beach, assano seafront Luxury offers self- catering studios with furnished balconies overlooking Cassandra Bay.
Each studio includes air conditioning, fridge and TV. Kitchenettes are well equipped. Free Wi-Fi access is available.
Continental breakfast, meals and drinks are served at the café-restaurant on the ground floor. The nearby beach is well organized with umbrellas and sun loungers.

The hotel is infront of the sea. Our room had a sea view. Very clean room and friendly personnels.

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning and a beautiful balcony that looked right out onto the beach and seafront, perfect for watching the sunset. The staff were incredibly accomodating and kind - the private sun beds on the beach are brilliant and take any stress out of finding a spot. Breakfast was fine. Location is good as it is out of the hustle and bustle of the main stretch of Nikiti waterfront, but only a 5-10 minute walk from the stretch of bars and restaurants.
