The small complex is on the top of the hill of Nikiti village offering unobstructed panoramic view of the whole Toroneos gulf. The aesthetic and amenities of the houses are amazing... Pool is such a luxury in front of your doorstep and you may still watch the sea while in the pool. The village of Nikiti is a traditional settlement so these properties feel fully attached to it. Ben greeted me with a huge smile and I already knew I'm at the right place. He gave tonnes of useful local tips and helped me choosing a nice fish restaurant that I wanted so much. The cleaning is spotless and internet so efficient as I has couple of zoom meetings. I would definitely come back with friends. This is what I call pure warm hospitality!!

Absolutely amazing place! Wonderful view, fantastic house and great location, a bit off the crowded (but beautiful) Nikiti beach and still close enough to the sea, restaurants and shopping. The villa was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed plus there is a nice common area for grill and chill as well as garden where you can pick fresh herbs. Beach stuff like umbrellas was free to borrow if you want to go to one of the many beaches in the area without beach clubs and sunbeds.

Everything was perfect. I really recommend the villa. The villa is clear and conformable. Also, the water in the pool is hot and clear. Ben is nice, kind and positive person. I will stay again. Thank you a lot dear Ben!

Our stay at this place was simply unforgettable. They truly thought of every detail – from the refreshing water bottles and delicious fruit to the delightful snacks, coffee pods, and even a bottle of wine. The pool was sparkling clean, and the house itself was a masterpiece of design. Every moment spent there was magical, and we felt so welcomed and cared for. We had a magnificent time, filled with joy and relaxation. We can't wait to return and relive this wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
