Bath/bed room were very spacious. The room was quiet. Had a balcony. All basics were there. Modern hotels these days lack space, tea , coffee, windows view. This old-fashioned hotel provided all of that & we enjoy our stay.

The location is great - it is located very centrally, near lots of interesting restaurants and shops. Easily accessible from the train station (about 10 minutes walk). There is a Nespresso machine in the room, and although the capsules provided are some different brand, it is still better than instant coffee.

Small hotel in great location. We had cycled 60 miles to get here. I had emailed ahead to ask about bike parking and was told there wasn't any. However upon arrival they let us put our bikes at the back of the Lobby which was really helpful. Our room was large, with lots of space. The hotel has no restaurant, but due to its central location there were plenty of options nearby for dinner & drinks, as well as breakfast. Perfect for our needs.
