Room was a bit on the small side but it had a nice comfortable bed. An outlet supporting EU plugs and a couple Japanese plugs. Everyday the towels and Yukata were renewed and we also got some new instant coffee and tea.

The rooms are small, but remarkably well furnished and equipped! It felt comfy and even almost luxurious. The onsen was free of additional charge and quite nice. Tipp - there is delicious Taiyaki- and Sasadango-shop right around the corner!

For a single stay, the room had everything I needed. The location was not so far from Niigata station. There are some convenience stores nearby. Luggage storage was easy and the staffs were really helpful.

A good location and a walkable distance from Niigata station and to Toki Messe. The room was spacious and the big baths were nice. The breakfast was nice, too.

Check-in, check-out, both automatic and quick. The main hall and the structure in general are modern and clean. The presence of a convenience store on the ground floor.
