The location was excellent! If you want to be near the center especially now in Christmas time where everything is decorated, the location is ideal! Kind staff, air condition, towels, hot water, wifi, mirrors for ladies to get ready and most importantly very very clean with comfortable bed.

Best place to stay in the heart of Nicosia. Everything is just with in 10 minutes walk. Receptionist lady was really helpful throughout our stay. Perfect place to stay.

I like the Manolia residency very much and want to start to use it on a much more regular basis, but I was disappointed this time at a number of levels. It's a great location. Thank you for returning my belongings left last time

Good value for money. Well located, about 10 minutes from Eleftheria Square, in a quiet area. Large and comfortable room and bathroom, with shared kitchen available.

Check in was easy. Nice balcony. Comfortable bed. Plenty of (very) hot water.. Short (12 minute) walk to bus station and old town.
