Friendly easy going host. Lots to eat and sweet breakfast. Spacious clean bedroom with balcony (no views),comfortable and easy to park safely nearby. Shop nearby.

This proved to be an inspired choice. The owner is not on site, but he attends in the morning to lay out a very generous spread for breakfast. Also available in the kitchen is a wide range of pastries, yogurts, fresh fruit, tea, coffee (there are two machines, which will supply espressos, cappuccinos, etc, all free of charge) throughout the day. There are three letting en suite rooms on the first floor, which, as with the rest of the house, are spotlessly clean. Each has a TV. (A larger TV is in the comfortable ground floor lounge.) There is a washing machine in the communal area. We travel frequently, and we have never had a host who has been more eager to help and to please. He doesn't intrude, but he makes it clear that he's keen to make his guests' stay as pleasant and fulfilling as possible. Just around the corner is the Macumba family restaurant, where we ate on two of our three nights' stay. Super food, super service and prices that are very friendly on the wallet - 10 euros for a big plate of spaghetti carbonara, for example. With luck, your bill will be delivered by a free-range toddler.
