Stayed for 1 night on my own. Host was super friendly and welcoming and helped me check in with my bags (there is no lift, but was not a problem as the host carried my bag to the 2nd floor for me). The room was large, had all facilities listed, great wifi and had a lovely clean bathroom with powerful shower. Only a 4 minute walk to the train station and 2 minutes away from a supermarket and pizza takeaway (La pizza au feu de bois).

Very close to Nice Ville station. Very clean rooms. Prompt, helpful staff. Clear checking in/out instructions. Bed might be a little uncomfortable for anybody with significant back issues. But was comfortable nonetheless.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. Everything that we needed was in the apartment. Location is perfect - close to city center and beach. The place is also dog-friendly!

Excellent location, few minutes walk from the main station and only 15 mins walk to the beach. The property was extremely clean, fresh bedsheets and towels every day, staff were extremely helpful too. We would stay here again

The hotel was nice. I initially thought the neighborhood around the hotel would be dirty, crowded, and loud due to the nearby train station, but the street was surprisingly quiet and clean. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
