Everything! Balcony views to die for, close to amenities and comfortable beds. Tram stops and great beach restaurants, just a stones row away.

Location, sea view, apartment decor, proximity to the beach, proximity to services, personnel. The apartment is located directly on the promenade d'anglais, with a beautiful view of the sea. The beach is within walking distance and services such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. For those who like nightlife, there are 2 beach clubs with very nice music and good cocktails and tapas and a beautiful sea view within walking distance, but far enough away to sleep well :-). The apartment is very nice, comfortable and furnished in French style. The center of Nice is about 2 km away, about a 35-minute walk, but it is a very pleasant walk along the promenade d'anglais. For those who do not like walking there is a bus stop and a metro stop 200 meters from the apartment. Our welcome agent was very kind and provided us with all the information about the apartment and also many useful tips about sightseeing and recommended restaurants in Nice.
