A very nice (in NICE, hahaha) apartment SUPER close to the sea and all major attractions, restaurants etc. It's literally 1 minute from the beach, so you can basically walk there in your swimsuit without any trouble. Fully furnished inside with everything you need (kitchen, sitting room, bathroom etc.), obviously recently renovated, all in very good condition. A small but cosy balcony, powerful AC, washing machine with drying, dishwasher... basically everything you need for a vacation time. The apartment is perfect for a solo trip or a couple (maybe with one kid), not so sure about more people — it's not that large. The window faces another building quite close by, but that wasn't a problem: there are blackout curtains for privacy and you don't spend too much time in the apartment when the sea is so close anyway. The host doesn't bother you apart from arrival/checkout process, so you have your privacy all to you.

The location. Literally across the beach, central to everything. Great AC, which was very much welcome in August in Nice. Elegant decor.
