The fine print
From January 8th, 2024 and for a period of 6 months, renovation work is planned on the facade of the building, notably involving the installation of scaffolding in front of the windows of the apartment. The apartment is located in the latest state of the building, which should reduce inconvenience but we wanted to inform our customers of the potential inconvenience that could resultPlease note that the apartment is located on the 5th floor and the elevator stops at the 4th floor so guests will have to take the stairs from the 4th floor up to the apartment. Access to the apartment maybe difficult for persons with reduced mobility.Please note that the maximum occupancy includes children. A baby bed can be rented for a EUR 20 extra fee per stay, upon prior request.Please note that PayPlug and PayPal are the only accepted methods of payment.Check-in starts from 4pm.The apartment should be vacant prior to your arrival, check-in may be possible earlier. Please contact the property for more information.Guests access the apartment on their own and the property meet them for the check-in the day after, between 8.30am and 9.30am, at Guest's convenience.

First of all, I want to emphasize how incredibly clean was the apartment. I never saw something like this. It is well equipped with everything a family may need - from plenty of kitchenware to the washing machine. Best thing about this apartment is location. Old town, coast, restaurants and flower market are all nearby. We had everything in a walking distance. Could not recomment enough!

Awesome location: just 2 blocks from English promenade. Quiet street and location. All essential kitchen appliances were included. Very comfy kitchen and dining area.
