David and Emma were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome on arrival. The flat is lovely and is located perfectly within the old town.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a great location in the centre of the Old Town close to the beach, lovely restaurants, bars and shops. David and Emma were very hospitable and helpful providing information both on the apartment and restaurants etc. They take a pride in what they do. A lovely stay in beautiful Nice.

Location was the most important factor, as it’s only few hundred meters from promenade. Close to great restaurants.
