The location was superb, the host easy to converse with and the apartment clean and tidy. It had everything needed for a stay including plenty of toilet paper which is very rare indeed.

Fantastic location in the heart of Old Town Nice. Close to the promenade. So many places to eat and very quiet at night. Nice views from the property of the square and cathedral.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, just the right size for the four adults sharing. The aircon was a godsend!! The other reviews mentioned the sofa bed was uncomfortable as a sofa, however as a bed it is quite comfortable - albeit a bit squeeky! Main bed very comfortable, bathroom in good condition and plenty of hot water! Lots of mirrors and plugs near mirrors for doing your hair!

The location was perfect in the old town with plenty of cafes and restaurants literally downstairs. Very central and easy walking to everything. The instructions were clear and photos were included with the instructions on how to get inside the apartment. The apartment was modern and clean and had everything you need.

The location is amazing, literally in the heart of the old town close to lots of places to eat. Also not too far from the promenade des anglais and you can get to the beach in a 10 minute walk. Also close to the tram station if you wish to venture further afield. Good views of the square from the 4th floor, and you can hear the atmosphere below if you have a look out the window, but once the window is closed you can’t hear a thing and I slept through perfectly each night. The property itself is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Modern bathroom, excellent shower. Highly recommended.

Lovely location. Everything was functional and clean. Comfortable beds and set up. Kitchen was well equipped too. Location location location. Nothings beats this. Wake up to smell Coffee and sleep upon a beer or wine.
