Location and comfort was great. Price is somehow affordable, especially off-season, and comfort is pretty okay.

Very friendly staff. Hotel situation is great near the promenade des Anglais and walking 10 min to place Massena. Very calme Street and the hôtel at night as well.

Location was very good walking distance to whole Nice, just 2 mins from Promenada Angles as well. Room was very nice bathroom was recently renovated and new. The balcony door was opening directly to garden, garden was extremely beautiful.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were quick to respond to our requests. Breakfast in the garden was great and a glass of wine in the evening. The room is not big but very cosy. Comfortable bed and new towels every day. The hotel is vintage style. The girls at reception are very nice. Would definitely come back again. The location is very convenient, city centre, everything is close by.

The location of this small hotel is unbeatable, 5 minutes from the main shopping street, yet overlooking a calm garden. The room was small but adequate and clean.
