Please note that reception opening times are limited for July and August : Monday to Saturday 9 am to 12am and from 3pm till 6pm. Reception closed on Sundays.
Please inform the property in advance of your arrival time so that check-in can be arranged 24 hours in advance using a key safe.
Parking spaces cost 10 EUR/night and are subject to availability.
A laundry service is available free of charge (washing powder not provided).
Bed linen and towels provided.
Cleaning on departure is included (with the exception of dishwashing, kitchen cleaning and rubbish removal).
Hairdryer and iron available on request.
Additional cleaning services are available on request, at an additional cost: Full cleaning 40€.
Supplement for change of bed linen is 10 EUR.
Supplement for change of towels 10 EUR.
Keys lost or forgotten after 18:00 and on Sundays (all day) will be charged 70 EUR.
Late check-out after 10:00 is charged 50 EUR.

This location was great, really easy to catch the tram into the city! Perfect for one person, as a solo female traveller I felt safe as the building was secure. Had everything you needed, was a very good stay!

The staff was really nice and helpfull. There was no problem with contact before and during visit; every question was answeared really quickly. The room was clean and quiet. There is easy public transport to every part of the city from hotel.

It's a simple accommodation, and the host is very accommodating. If you have a car, book a parking spot! The town centre is rounded, and there is no parking on the streets nearby. However, the indoor parking places are tiny, so large cars may struggle: I rented a Clio at the airport and it was probably the max car for the parking spaces (only 9 availble)

Very friendly staff, great location (you have train station 10mins walk away - great if you want to visit other cities on the coast) and there is a tram 2mins walk away (that goes to the center of Nice & down to the coast). Its clean & overall good budget option!

Good place for rest for reasonable price in good location, many restaurants around, close to the centre and train station, easy to get airport and any city at the south coast French and Italy riviera
