Apartment Overview

Located in Nice city centre, a 5-minute walk from the old town and the beaches, this residence features original self-catering accommodations, each with its own theme and style. Flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi are provided.

Great location. You are right in the thick of it in the centre of Nice surrounded by brasseries. The Clear instructions for checking in made it super easy. The apartment has all you need.

Very good location. I travelled with 6years old son- it was the best decition to stay near the main street, near the Masena square, Promenade de Anglais etc. In the appartment all the necessary accessories are available. And it was a safe place- its the most important for me.

The apartment is in a great location — just a 10-minute walk to the promenade, close to the main square and the old town of Nice. There’s a restaurant downstairs that is always busy. The apartment matches the photos, with a working air conditioner and towel warmer. It also has all the necessary appliances — toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, and stove, making it easy to prepare your own breakfast. The self-check-in process was smooth and convenient, following the detailed instructions provided by the host in advance. Directions to find the entrance were also well-explained.

Excellent location, good value for money. Clean, cozy place with good air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Good clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. Possibility to store luggage before/after the stay.

The location was perfect! Close to restaurants/bars, shops and places of interest like the beach and the old town. Jocelyne was lovely! She was very helpful and sorted out a problem we had with the safe promptly. We loved the coffee maker and had everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast. We didn't use the microwave, hob or the washing machine. It was very quiet so great for sleeping. The bed and bathroom were very clean.

Location was excellent, right in the centre of of old town & few minute walk to the beach.. facilities were great in kitchen (also had washing machine). Large bathroom with powerful shower & a hairdryer & it was very clean. Had a wonderful holiday & would recommend.
