It's close to downtown Nice It was nice to open the windows to let in the sunlight The room and the bed on the third floor were clean

The staff was extremely friendly and caring. The beds were clean and comfortable. The balcony was a pleasant surprise. The AC worked properly. The room was very clean, albeit a little small for three people. There were lockers for personal items.

The rooms were clean and did not match the Google reviews about bed bugs and filth. It was an adequate room. However, was quite expensive as I booked it so late.

The receptionists are really nice and kind. This is worth my money since I only use it to sleep at night and we got our own private room with toilet and shower inside for under 40 euros a night and its very near the train station with lots of cheap restaurants around.
