Good location. 5 minute stroll to the promenade and the beaches as well as the train station to take you off to places such as St Tropez, Cannes, Monaco and Antibes. Very helpful service on reception helping with travel enquiries and booking restaurants. Fluent English. Air-con was very good in the room. Essential in the summer. There is an amazing restaurant in front of the hotel, Nespo Restauarnt. We highly recommend it if you want to splash out. One of the best restaurants we have been to.

It was a cute room. Fairly small but still very nice with a balcony. Location really worked for us. Nice walk to the old town and short walk to the beach.

As the hotel was heavily booked I could not get the kind of room I requested when booking and had a very dark room looking onto the side street on the first floor. I had asked for an upper floor as I needed to work and do not like to feel shut in inside a dark and drab space when working. The decor was also brown and dark and rather joyless for a Nice hotel. The staff on reception were very nice and secured a second night for me as I had not completed by business there and did not want to hunt for another hotel and lose time moving. However, I could not change rooms or stay for the weekend as it was fully booked so I left Nice early, losing a day and night there.
