We built 13 new rooms in 2021, we now have a "Villa" building with a new range of Deluxe rooms.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Great location. Easy walking distance to trams and Old Nice. Friendly staff. I didn’t have breakfast but it looked very good!

Room was comfortable, well decorated with view over interior courtyard. We didn't have breakfast there as we only wanted coffee and croissant and easy to find that near by. Location was fine for us, very near the main train station and close to Jean Medecin tram stop. 10/15 minute walk to the Promenade and bit longer into the Old town.

Good place to stay in Nice, the hotel is set back from the Rue Gounod which makes it quiet and tranquil. Stayed here before a few years ago, in the meantime they have built some new rooms and refreshed the place. Good value for such a location, being a short walk to the Promenade des Anglais, and around 15-20 mins on foot to Place Masséna. Rooms are traditional and comfortable, liked that Coffee was provided in the room which is not found often in Europe. Handy having parking on site. The restaurant wasn’t open during our stay, and we did not have breakfast as there are plenty of local options around.

Honestly, everything. The stunningly beautiful and peaceful courtyard, the super friendly reception, our beautifully decorated, modern and clean accom with additional small touches such as multiple modern charging points (no one uses plugs anymore :) !) , an abundance of toiletries, a minibar, even slippers. This place is an absolute gem and a bargain for the luxury we received. We are already planning our next trip!

This place is really nice and beautiful, with a cozy vibe! An interesting historical note: Chekhov once stayed here. The rooms have lovely, comfortable balconies that overlook the garden. The staff were very good and responsive. The hotel offers paid parking, which should be booked in advance at a reasonable price; this was very convenient for us. Also, the staff were incredibly helpful when I needed to call an ambulance due to an unfortunate incident (not the hotel’s fault). They assisted in calling the ambulance and provided someone who helped translate from English to French for the paramedics.
