Excellent hotel just 5 minutes walk from the center and the beach side. Rooms are big and cozy. Very friendly owner who explained how to spend time in Nice in a most effective way.

The location is good, walking 5min to the sea and there are some great restaurants nearby. All the employees are so nice and cute. They can understand and speak English well. That´s important.

Location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Nice. Only a couple of blocks away from the promenade and shops/restaurants. Old town is only a 15 minute walk away, and the harbour 10 minutes further on. Hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The room was small, but clean and functional.

Location was excellent, premises were clean and well maintained and staff were very helpful and friendly. roof top garden was a pleasant spot to spend time reading etc

The rooms are lovely, it was clean, comfortable and good location. Comfy pillows and the staff were lovely when I got sick and let me have a slightly later check out - thank you!

Great stay close to the beach, we came by car and was offered a private garage, which was nice. The rooms look good, no issues.
