The receptionists were very helpful and supportive. We received city maps and advices how to get to the attractions. For the breakfasts we got fresh baguette, joghurts, fresh fruits and coffee / hot chocolate.

The staff was absolutely amazing, I believe his name is Davide, but he was awesome - extremely helpful and the team was always happy and ready to help with anything we needed. Location is good, 10-15 minutes walking from the city centre and the room was perfectly clean.

The room and washroom is above my expectation. And all the staff are very nice and friendly:). The location is convenient. I’ll come to reserve this hotel again when I come back from Nice.

In 6 weeks of travel throughout Europe, Hotel Esprit was our absolute favourite. We wished that we could wrap it up and take it to every location! The staff made our stay perfect with their fantastic hospitality and helpfulness in assisting us to get the most out of our 4 days with transport, places to visit and scheduling recommendations. We loved everything about this hotel from the fabulous location (can’t beat the distance to the Old Town and station), trams almost at the door, great signage making it super easy to find, quality linen, shower products, good breakfast and most of all, the staff. Thank you so much! We will sing your praises to all who may be visiting the region as this is a great base to see many, many places as convenient day trips. Contact us if you make it Down Under! :)

We only had breakfast once it was simple but adequate. Staff couldn't be any more helpful especially Jose for keeping bar open for us and of course quentin for all his help and advise. 👍
