Easy access from rail station and centre of Nice; helpful reception staff; good facilities within the room for the price - including a kettle with tea/coffee. Would definitely recommend.

- Tiago (hope I’ve spelled that correctly) checked me in and he was so helpful and friendly - I liked the aesthetic of the room, even if it was a little basic facilities wise - bed was very comfy - great location, across the road from the train station, close to a tram, supermarket right across the road - smart TV in room

The room was cozy and there was everything what we need for short staying. The Nice-Ville station was so close and also the location is great- near to the city centre. There are so many restaurants, shops and also bakery around the hotel.

Front desk at the hotel was amazing, location was perfect to explore the rest of the region, and very value for money.

Location of the hotel was great, probably best and boys at evening and night duty were helpful and awesome probably best friendly guys in Nice.

We would like to thank Tiango for such a warm welcome. The hotel was really cozy, for a very nice prize. The location was also just perfect, you can walk anywhere in few minutes or take tram or train that is right next to the accommodation. The breakfast was also nice, we were able to take it to our room, which was very comfortable for us :)

The reception staff Tiago and Leo were very friendly and helpful in processing both the check in and check out process. It was refreshing to have reception staff to go out of the way to welcome and comfort guests. They deserve commendation. They also were very fluent in English and knowledgeable about the city,

Property is in a great location, staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room had a balcony which was a lovely surprise. Beds are comfortable, AC is great and bathroom is small but clean.
