Really2x love the location. Its right in the middle of old town with rows of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The view from our bedroom window is amazing and the terrace overlooking the sea was just outside our door. The whole white decor in our room is trully beautiful. The's also a kettle in our room with tea and coffee - drinking coffee while watching the sunset either from the terrace or the window in our room. I will stay there again.on my next trip to Nice...and the staff were all friendy and helpful

Cresp has an excellent location in the Old City: between the Rue saint Francois the Paule and the boulevard des Etats-Unies along the sea side. So it took about 100 m to the Plager Opera for a swim. Furthermore it has an extended balcony-terrace with full sea view, guests can take the coffee they make in their room to it. The neighbours of Cresp are a famous bakery and the Opera. The reception was very friendly and helpful.

Location was excellent, close to restaurants, shops in the old town, next door to a great patisserie. The communal balcony had a great view to the beach which was across the road. Staff were very helpful.

We loved the location and the shared balcony and its views. The aircondition and kitchenet and overall the room worked for us very well. It was cleaned everyday.

Location was excellent and very central, as was the bakers just below the hotel. The room was basic but adequate and clean and a lovely balcony out the front overlooking the sea. The staff were all very polite and really helpful and fun.

The room was great, light, clean and airy. The bed was comfortable and the shower powerful. The room even had a small kitchenette which was a surprise. Another bonus was the shared terrace overlooking Promenade des Anglais which was a lovely place to relax- the location being right in the old town. The staff were lovely and very helpful.
