Set in a great location with easy access to trains, trams and grocery stores, plus everything Nice has to offer is within walking distance, restaurants and bars erv The apartment was perfect for me but would also suit couples. I couldn't fault it and didn't want for anything. Highly recommend if you are visiting Nice with 30 minute access by train to Monaco.
