I definitely recommend it, especially for a shorter stay. The hotel's location is very convenient, with a train station and a supermarket just around the corner. A great choice!

The first most advantageous thing about the hotel is it is almost in the city centre and if you visit for the carnival, then it’s very easy to walk from here to Place Massena, just about 1.2 kms max and accessible to many food stalls and restaurants. The rooms are good. But be cautious of requesting hotel staff to provide the rooms in first 2/3 floors if you do/can not climb stairs as there is NO ELEVATOR. But everything looks good. Rooms are neat and the staff are very attentive and kind. They provide you a code for WiFi and entrance at the main door - do not forget to take it

Its in the heart of the center, close to the train station, so clean and everyone is kind and nice! I stayed twice at this hotel and its my go to in Nice!

It was a great location, super close to the main train station and a short walk down to the beach and main restaurant areas. The room itself was small, but it has everything you need and everything was new and clean. It had a great aircon system which was needed during the summer. The host was welcoming, friendly and helpful and allowed me to store my bags on arrival and departure.
