The desk staff proved very welcoming and helpful. Beyond a doubt the breakfast service team proved to be the kindest and most helpful we have ever experienced in all of our years of travel. We salute the hotel and its founder ESAT ((Etablissement et Services d’Aide par le Travail) for its inclusive staff policy, and various associated on-site projects aimed at supporting and coaching people who are physically or cognitively challenged. All in all an unforgettable experience.

The hotel has a underground garage and for us was very important, also taking into consideration the price, is a good hotel, the room was clean and quite large. The breakfast is ok, you need to select one day before what do you want to eat and they will provide it in the morning. The staff is nice even if they don’t speak english very well.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great, a really good size and had a balcony. The shower was so good! Beds were comfortable. Complimentary water was an added bonus. 💚 There was a supermarket about a 7 min walk from the hotel open until 11pm. 🤩

In this hotel, I liked the clean and big room, and private balcony with a mountain view. In 50 meters is located a supermarket, in 300 m tram stop. In 10 min distance by walking is a central bus station. If you like walking, the town center is 20 minutes from the hotel. For me destination away from the touristic part of Nice was a big plus.

Clean room, very good breakfast, friendly staff. The airco worked well and wasn't noisy. The hotel has a "social economy" mission, which I wasn't aware of in advance. Everything was very well managed and the atmosphere in the hotel was very friendly. The hotel is stuated a 30-minute walk from the old town/beach. For me the location was ideal to attend a conference at Université Côte d'Azur (<10 minute walk). Overall a very nice stay!

Friendly staff and polite reception. Hotel and rooms are clean. Breakfast was enough to start the day. Next to hotel is good shop to byu food and drinks. Tramstop in 400 m distance from hotel and it took 10 minutes to travel inner city. Hotel restaurant where you can have nice lunch. Choose room in yard not to street.Balcony was good with chairs and a table.
