It's close to the Vauban bus station, tram and Riquier train ststion. 15min walk to old town. Very big Carrefour and commercial center across the street.

The staff were lovely … very kind & patient with my attempts at French. The hotel’s location was perfect for seeing our daughter and seeing the sights of Nice … only a 5 minute walk from the Tram (Acropolis). The room we had was spacious … and perfectly suited for our needs.

Great, clean! Modern lovely downstairs area and friendly staff. Excellent location, walkable to the port and the trams. Have a drink at the port and a wander around it's lovely. Great to have windows that open and a very very quiet room at night! No complaints at all. Clean and big rooms! Side recommendation - we had a fantastic Italian meal - probably the best of our whole Euro trip - Restaurant la Flara. A few blocks away!
