Very friendly staff, breakfast was great, we were upgraded to a suite, the room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Great location. Easy and secure luggage storage.

It is an excellent property, very prominently located right at the heart of the city center. The rooms are very well equipped, nicely furnished & house keeping is superb. The staff at the reception is extremely friendly & they are willing to help 24X7. My wife left her glasses in the room on checkout & at our request, they couriered them to our next place of stay, i.e. to Madrid. It was such a nice gesture. We were a group of 10 senior citizens & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable.

The room was absolutely fantastic (we got upgraded to the Junior Suite), the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was good as well. Definitely recommended.

Location is great, easy walk 3 mins away to hop on the electric bus to old town, and tram back. Breakfast was lovely and many option's. Nice to sit by the window.
