The Ajoupa Aparthotel is conveniently located in a pedestrian zone of Nice, which means hardly any traffic noise, even with the window open. The location is ideal for shopping, restaurants, transport and the beach - all within walking distance. The apartments are located on the various floors of an old building. These are accessible by a charming old lift that curiously serves the in-between floors only so that you must always walk at least one flight of stairs. The apartment was small but cute. It was clean, with a comfortable bed, a good wi-fi signal, plenty of hot water, and a small kitchen with all the essentials including two different coffee-making machines. A continental breakfast was delivered to my room - a very nice gesture, thank you.

I had an amazing stay at this aparthotel AMMI Nice Masséna! The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the vibrant square, shops, and restaurants, and within walking distance to the beach and Old Town. The apartment was spacious. It was a perfect blend of comfort and style, with a fully equipped kitchen that made my stay even more convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring everything was perfect during my stay. I highly recommend this aparthotel for anyone visiting Nice and looking for a comfortable and central place to stay. I would definitely return!

The location of the building, the proximity to the sea - a few minutes away. Promenade de Anglais, shops, the Flower market within walking distance. The ladies ar the reception were nice. The kitchinette was small, but equipped.
