We made a special request for a scent-free room (no chemical cleaning products), and they remembered and made everything very easy. Very friendly staff, and such a great building and location!

we usually stay at one of the Vintages property while in NOTL and this time we picked the Prince of Wales. It never disappoints in terms of friendliness and overall experience. Quite enjoyed the beautiful Christmas decorations...well done!!

The staff are exceptional. They were always making sure we had everything we needed. The valets and our waiter for dinner were super guys! We chose the dinner package and it was wonderful, really outstanding food and portions were overly generous. If we had known that we would have only purchased one dinner and split it as we hated to see food go to waste! We were heading home the next day so couldn't take it with us for lunch the next day!
