We requested for room away from elevators but we got assigned to the one right beside it, BUT surprisingly the room had no hint of noise from elevators. Amazingly done! Our room was nicely cleaned, spacious, and bed was comfortable. None of the reception were smiling or enthusiastic throughout our stay, but they delivered their job well with hotel information anyway, so we didn’t mind about friendliness.

Excellent Location. Since it was Jan 1st, we got a good deal for the hotels. I have stayed in this Hotel multiple times before, however the staff was friendly for the first time. They were smiling & gave a warm welcome.

Friendly staff at front desk. Room was clean. Onsite parking was limited though and it was $25 per car. Offsite parking - just 250 meters approximately and is very close to hotel.

This hotel is close to the main attractions and provides on-site parking. We reserved a 2 Queen bed room facing the falls, and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious and clean. We had an amazing view of the fireworks each night. The pool and hot tub were great to use during our stay.

The hotel is so clean and the staff were all good. We had a special request and they delivered. The room was clean and spacious with great view, the washroom was clean and the shower was good. The parking fees are reasonable compared to other hotels.

Great location for restaurants and shops, about 20minute walk to the falls. Great sized fridge.
