Simple, easy to adjust AC/heater machine, soap/lotion/shampoo/conditioner dispenser, comfortable bed, complimentary breakfast.

It was a late reservation and Im glad they have an available room. It is budget friendly small hotel and is perfect for a place to crash. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast is available, and its right next to McDonald's so the late snack is accessible.The only downside is that it's not walking distance to clifton hill Entertainment, but is still aquick 3 min drive, everything else is really good.

We loved the budget price and, even better, that there were no additional surprise fees at the hotel when we got there. Free parking, a comfortable and clean bed, free good wifi, breakfast included. We found it easy to get to, and quiet enough for a great night's sleep. It was everything we hoped for and we are very happy we booked at the Glengate. The Glengate will definitely be our first choice of a hotel the next time we need one in Niagara Falls. Thank you!

After reading reviews, I was initially reserved, BUT I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and clean, microwave, fridge, tea and coffee in the room, washroom spotless, towels nice. The wifi was very quick and the TV was a smart TV with access to amazon prime and tubi, etc. The private balcony was a bonus. Hardly heard anything from the halls and we were there on a Saturday night and it was busy.

Rooms were clean. Decent selection for breakfast, just wish it went a bit longer time wise. Balconies were private enough for use and they even provided ash trays and chairs on them. Hotel was pretty quiet.
