Accommodative - We requested early check-in and luckily allowed an hour and half early check-in. Also they let us keep our backpack after check-out. Thank you for the gesture.

the hotel wasn't bad, it was cheap so you get what you paid for. The staff were really friendly and I love how close it was to Clifton Hill.

All Staff are friendly & nice also accomodating Food in the reataurant so good & they gave discounts once you are guests in their motel. Location was great Well comeback again😊

We asked for ground floor room since I was travelling with my father who has walking issues, so that request was granted, so we are thank full for that.

honestly for the price, it was pretty good!! Room was a fine size, nothing big but not small either. Staff was incredibly friendly and polite!! Room was clean, had AC for the hotter days, had a mini fridge and microwave although we didn’t end up using it. Location is fantastic! My friend and I were able to walk wherever we wanted to go, and took a short bus ride from the Niagara Falls Bus Terminal to get to the motel. Overall, good for its price!!

Owners were very nice. Let me charge my phone in reception after I checked out and gave me a bottle of water. Very approachable and friendly. Would stay again if I was in the area.
