This is a timeworn yet still decent budget motel two blocks uphill from the Horseshoe Falls. Most of the old motels from the sixties and seventies within walking distance of the Falls have been razed to make way for high end hotels and casinoes, parking lots and retail spaces. This one persists — for now. It’s a time capsule of sorts. I really like the location. We could grab a hot chocolate from Tim’s next door and watch the sunrise from the edge of the Falls at dawn.

The staff were super friendly, we could see the fireworks from the balcony, it was really hot so the pool was wonderful as well as the AC. The bathroom was obviously recently retiled The family room was 2 good sized rooms with 3 beds. Free ice machine

The room while not fancy, was clean ,beds were comfortable and there is an air conditioner in the room that you control. There was a swimming pool as well. We saw the manager cleaning it daily. Parking was extra, but reasonable in cost. Tim Hortons right next door. And the motel is central to most attractions. Walking distance to the falls.

Excellent location to olg stage and fallsview casino. Price was great. Easy check in and staff was very nice. Room was fine no complaints.

Location was awesome No smoking in room but table and 2 chairs outside each room and smoking is allowed outside each room. Was better because I am a smoker and always have to run to vehicle when I stay at other non smoking hotels.
