Good value for the time and location (bussy summer hours) Pool was cool and refreshing, A/C was amzing. Bed was hard but comfortable, less then a 5 minute walk to top of clifton hill

Very nice and cheap it was very clean its an older building kept clean the host are very accomadating it is walking distance to the falls would use it again
