Spacious rooms, two queen beds with three pillows each and clean white cotton sheets , average size bathroom with new ceramics, moderately new carpet and tables and the curtain was clean, the rooms are overlooking Lindy’s lane, and the breakfast was excellent for this average hotel. The breakfast didn’t include every menu item like royal breakfasts but included the basics of a royal breakfast; the fried potato’s were the best possible, the fried eggs were the best possible, and you have Philadelphia cheese and cranberry jam. Oh, lest I forget, there was an item favoured by most Canadians at the breakfast, sausages. I think the sausages were delicious but I didn’t try them because I don’t eat meat generally.

Service vice must be improve.hotel management should focus about the Breakfast service. Front desk and break attendant not should be one person .it should be two person.

The place is located far enough from the Niagara Falls center to need public transport or a car, so you can take a bus (direct) just in front of the hotel and you will be there in 20 min. You can take the car too but it can be tricky to park the car during high season in the hotel parking lot and even in Niagara Falls area. Outside there are a few places to eat and a kind of an outdoor shopping mall to enjoy by the end of the day. Is a calm neighborhood.

There is a lot of snow outside, we rented a room to celebrate a family holiday, and it is great family day with snowing outside.We have a car, there is free parking, the motel consists of three blocks, one is being renovated, we lived with a view of the main street, well-insulated rooms, heating from the air conditioner is not noisy, room very warm. We had very large two beds, slept well. In the room there is a refrigerator, microwave, TV. The bathroom is clean, towels, soap and shampoos are available. Everything in the bathroom is clean and new. The room is very large, there is a table, chairs, there is an entrance door to another room next door, an internal door. It is great to have two families rent rooms next to each other. Our room is non-smoking. And next to it too. It is great. Many thanks to the admins. There is a door from the room - an exit to the street, where you can park your car right next to the room. Now it is winter, but in the summer you can use the pool in the middle of the motel. There are chairs - if you want to look at the snowfall weather, sit, go out, watch the snowfall, you can. I'm kidding. Very friendly admins, 24/7 coffee, tea, juice. I wish you success and we will definitely come here again. Breakfast:good, has everything for breakfast: coffee , sausages, eggs, bread.Room was clean.Excellent location for those who like a quiet holiday. By car you can reach the waterfall in 10 minutes. Room was quiet, not many places serve a full breakfast which was nice, bed was comfortable but rooms could do with a little makeover

My car was broken into during the night and the staff were so helpful and willing to go through a whole nights worth of security footage to get my computer back..make sure to lock your car doors, especially silly in this area!! staff were super friendly

staff was excellent and cordial. Breakfast was ok, needed some chicken or beef options, not just pork. there was eggs and potatoes though. Some variation would have been nice.

I LOVE TO GE THE VALUE THE MONEY. There was included in the price. A good breakfast. And when add it all together.. IT'S A GREAT DEAL..
