Very convenient to the falls but far enough away for quietness. The price was good. The bed was very good and comfortable and the room rather run down but clean.

Polite staff. Room was small but suffice for an overnight stay. The room was clean. Quiet. Didn’t hear any neighbours. Location is good. Not too far from Clifton Hill. Good value for the price. I’d stay there again.

The staff was responsive, especially when it came to changing out towels/cleaning the room every few days upon our request. The room was small but mostly comfortable.
