A view of the Falls is only available in specific "Falls view" rooms and cannot be accommodated upon request.Please note that a buffet breakfast is provided from May until October and an a la carte breakfast is provided from November until April, both with surcharge and upon request.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 19 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian.

The view, comfortable beds, location, pool, pet friendliness. It’s nice that the pool got renovated- looks much nicer and feels much cleaner now.

We loved that everything was within walking distance, and the food at the restaurant down stairs turtle Jack's was absolutely delicious.

The room we had was on the 15th floor, and it was facing the Horseshoe fall. The view was spectacular. There were microwave, cofeemaker, tee, coffee, and sugar. Beds were very confortable and the front desk girl was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

The rood has a view of Horseshoe fall. The whirlpool bathtub was great. The room temperature control system was good.

Everything was excellent. We arrived at 4.00am and they upgraded us and gave us the room at 10.30am. We were very grateful for the early check in.

Fantastic over-sized bathroom -large, deep bathtub, good water pressure in the shower, towels were plentiful & in a convenient spot, bath towels were large & soft. Good view, even though it was a city view. Good location with plenty of restaurants in the area. Good black out drapes, huge TV, comfortable bed & good size pillows Very clean room & common areas Front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. Reasonable price for on site parking
