Please note that guest room balcony access is not guaranteed between April 14th and December 20th, 2024 due to external lodge renovations. The focus of the work is on the exterior portions of the building, so it will not affect any of the indoor offerings including the water park, attractions, family events, restaurants or retail outlets.Guests under the age of 21 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian.Upon arrival, guests can have access to the water park from 10:00 a.m.Please be advised that a deposit will be charged after your booking is made in order to secure your room.Renovations and closures:
The property is closed between September 8 and September 13, 2024.
The property will be renovated from April 18, 2024 to December 20, 2024 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:
• Exterior.
• Select guestrooms.
Renovation work will only be conducted on weekdays. Every effort will be made to minimize noise and disturbance.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The water park was soo much fun! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and it is so much fun for the whole family! Oh and of course I loved the meal coupons, such an amazing price!!! It is so nice not to have to cook! The food was delicious and I just overall enjoyed the quality time the lodge helps to foster with your loved ones! With the craziness families go through all year long, a trip to the lodge is definitely a way to slow down and spend quality time together!

Honestly took us over an hour to check in standing in line with a little one. Didn't really have their ducks In a row there. Was told management was on vacation when I asked for a manager. Bunch of kids running the place to be honest. They also took out the kids club room that was helpful for kids that needed quiet or calming. Stuck in a golf course to make more money for the place. Second time being there for Christmas , didn't change much from last year, I guess the glamour was gone cause we had seen it all already. Over all it's a great place but I do think for the money spent check in should def be before 4 pm. With a little one the whole day is gone already by the time u get settled. This time I was so frustrated by the whole ordeal that isn't was just a rough start this time.

We had the fireplace suite. It was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets and found them perfect for the kids.

Meal plans were available and wonderful. Hotel had multiple activities to keep the kids busy. Wish we had more time there.

best vacation in NF Ontario, kids loved it, waterpark is amazing. food and beverages is also in place.... you just park your car and stay in all the time you are there. EV chargers are on site, but I suggest they increase the number of chargers

Good location. The waterpark slides were fun! The kids (10 & 11) absolutely liked the park. Towels in the waterpark included. The room decoration. Small terrace was nice. You can find different kinds of food without leaving the location. Barnwood restaurant was great (others seemed crowded). Everything regarding access and payment works with a bracelet, super easy! Automatic check out.

Great wolf lodge has always been a yearly family trip for us. It has been about 12 years since we've been. They have definitely changed a lot of things, which I guess is nice for them, but for others not that great. We've always had lots of great memories here and plan to start another family tradition with our little one. She had a blast being her first time there. She enjoyed the kiddy area pool and the slides and taking pictures with in the main lobby with all the furry friends.
