Fantastic location on the beach, amazing view. Staff are excellent, polite and helpful. Beautiful comfortable room. Breakfast very good except every morning they ran out of coffee cups or one of the coffee machines wasn't working. One day stood in the line for almost 10 minutes. Not sure if the Lagoon Beach club is actually part of the resort but the food there was very average, no vegetables or salad to choose. The Imperial Club about 500 metres away on the other hand was very good. We ordered way too much food as staff did not guide us as to how big the servings so a lot got wasted. Biggest problem we had was, we could not get money changed. We had a travel card but it was not working in Vietnam and the hotel would only allow us to change $100 one day (which was Sunday) but today Monday at 12.00noon they had no money. Luckily we were travelling with friends who had a little extra changed so they could lend us enough to get by.

It was good , pool and beach was great but not enough sun lounges, no money to exchange properly a bit here and there they spray chemical though the air-conditioning every day in witch made me sick .

Great hotel with a lot of facilities to explore and enjoy; such as Vinwonders and Vinpearl Land. Staff were all friendly and helpful! Beautiful pool and Beach to sit and relax!

Lovely hotel. It doesn't have any soul but its clean and good facilities including gym/sauna.. Quiet area. Breakfast was good.

Great place for families with kids. A lot of activities you can do with you can do at the hotel with the kids. From hire equipment for the pool, to going parasailing and jet skiing on the beach out the front of the hotel. Free shuttle service to vinwonders. Shuttle comes very regularly. Only 5 minutes to Vinwonders from resort.

Overall, a good hotel with excellent shuttle service, polite staff, and quite tasty, hearty breakfasts. The hotel itself is fine—beautiful, clean, with a great pool and beach access.

The resort itself is pretty great. It has three restaurants to choose from, not including The Imperial Club and the other hotels on the island. The beach is nice and has a good amount of chairs and huts. The staff are quite helpful and efficient when it comes to getting you on and off the island. The cleanliness is amazing and our favourite restaurant was the Oceania Italian.

Our view from the room was lovely. The lobby was nice and the staff organising the shuttle buses were friendly. The breakfast was great with a huge selection.
