Very friendly staff reception and professional detail oriented service at breakfast. rich authentic food, varied every day. Immediate completion of repair of the entrance door in our room 3735. Excellent room cleaning.

Breakfast buffet Had everything you could ask for. Downside they could do with more than one coffee station machine . Also they need to train the staff to be more aware of that people had not finished eating and were only getting something else from the breakfast bar. Twice our table was cleared with food & drink untouched.

9/10 – Exceptional Stay with One Awkward Aspect Our stay at Vinpearl Nha Trang was truly exceptional. The hotel is nearly perfect in every way. The facilities, including the gym, spa, and sauna—all included in the room rate—were fantastic and added so much value to our stay. The breakfast was a standout highlight: an incredible variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to all tastes. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. This should easily have been a no-brainer 10/10 review. However, the reception policy of taking guests' photos, supposedly for breakfast entrance, felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Since there is already staff checking guests as they enter the dining area, the reasoning behind this policy wasn’t clear. After speaking with a hotel manager, I was informed there was an opt-out option by simply showing your room key. Unfortunately, this alternative wasn’t communicated by reception, which made breakfast slightly awkward until we resolved the matter. Despite this minor hiccup, Vinpearl Nha Trang remains an exceptional hotel with top-notch facilities and service. With a clearer process for guest preferences at reception, this would easily be a perfect 10/10 experience.

The location is perfect, Hotel's own beach beds with staff watching over you and provide towels. Breakfast was good selection but a little cold at times. Drinks at pool bar were great value especially for happy hour

Great location and fantastic views! The staff were amazing and took amazing care of my husband when he was unwell. They sent a nurse to our room and made an appointment with the hospital and made all the arrangements for us. Incredible support for anyone navigating the medical system in a foreign country. Couldn’t be happier with the incredible service
