Please contact hotel in advance.According to the requirements under Vietnamese law, clients must present their Identification Papers/ Passport of each passenger and children must provide their ID card or birth certificate at check-in.Room rate is based on 2 adults only. Maximum 2 children under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. Any additional child will be charged an extra fee.Children from 6-11 years old will be charged VND 125,000/night/child for breakfast directly at the reception upon check-in when using existing beds.Children from 12 years old and above should be considered as adult, extra bed inclusive breakfast is 400.000 VNĐ/ night for the buffet breakfast. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. Guests are to pay the surcharge at the reception upon check-in.Pet are strictly not allowed at the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The location. Accessible to many places including eateries and most importantly, the beach, basically just across the street. The bathtub is good with sea view.

A nice hotel with a good location. As a wheelchair user, ramps at the front were too steep and I needed help. Usually in a 5 star hotel there is someone to greet you at the front but this was often not the case. Luckily my wife was on hand to help me. Breakfast was very good and the pool was nice but had steps up to it,so was no really wheelchair accessible. All in all, the stay was very pleasant. Many thanks.

The friendly and helpful staff made this hotel stay very enjoyable. They always greeted you with a smile. The room was very clean with an outstanding view. We chose this place as it was less high rise than some other hotels. It was in the slightly quieter end of town. We enjoyed the complimentary sun-beds on the beach. The foot massage in the spa was very relaxing. Thank you to all staff.

The staff are absolute gems, they were all very nice and friendly The swimming pool is shaded for most part of the day which allows us to make a good use of it

The breakfast was very good; and egg station, a noodle station, and a fresh hotcakes station. Once very crowded, this is school holidays after all, but staff coped well, in fact clearing my plates so my place was snaffled by others. Everything in abundance. The pool was clean and cool, with depths for all ages and two spa pools for lounging. Plenty of towels. A terrifying amount of equipment in the gym. The receptionist was brilliant and very helpful with directions and guidance.

Great Pool. Lots of choice at the breakfast. Wonderfull view from the balcony. Staff was doing their best to help with further travels.

The staff are amazing, Phuong and her colleagues went out of her way to help me find the pick up location for my onward travel and that took many calls, they genuinely care. The property is good, clean rooms, good breakfast, pool was never busy. I slept well, had a decent view of the ocean.

The staff is super friendly and the hotel is very peaceful. The view on the top floor is amazing. Just 2min walk from the beach. Breakfast is good. One person is dedicated to cook your eggs however you want.
