Breakfast was nice in the premier room, although on my last morning I ordered a scrambled egg 3 times and it never came I sat and waited for 25 minutes they kept telling me it was coming, I gave up asking in the end and left. One other morning I asked for a scrambed egg with no cheese and I was given an Omlette with cheese.

Location was great, great views of the beach from our room. Special thanks to Ricky our dining manager, also to Anna, both of which went beyond to make our dining experience fantastic. Thanks to all the staff at Sheraton Nha Trang for a great holiday 🇦🇺🇦🇺👍👍

At the restaurant at breakfast they don't give you a teaspoon with your tea, they don't give you a straw with your juices. Only if you order it separately and wait. there are no paper napkins on the tables - so order and wait...

Buffet breakfast was great, the pool was nice, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. Steam Room and sauna was good too, and so was the fitness centre/gym. The cardio machines were a bit laggy and slow (in terms of using the screens). Centre if nha Trang, so you can go to the gold coast mall/Lotte mart next door, and not far from other attractions. Beach was ok, can be a bit dirty, but that's not the hotels fault, you'd be better if just hanging out by the pool I think. Roof top bar great but be aware that the happy hour requires you to buy 2 drinks per person minimum for the 50% discount. The kids club was great with plenty of toys.

Location is super good. Good facilities that we can stay in the hotel all day long. Super good buffet breakfast. More importantly, all the staff including reception and buffet restaurant are exceptionally awesome, very good service attitude and warm welcoming all the time
