Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, we had to check out early as one of the children wasn't well. I received a call later that evening to check if everything was OK. Very touching and kind. Exceptional customer service.

Lovely, comfortable and spacious room! Hotel as a whole is wonderfully presented and ideal for a weekend break away to relax.
