The room was amazing, the bath was out of this world, breakfast in the morning was lovely and staff were really friendly, I didn’t use the facilities but my partner did and he said they were great

Welcoming staff at reception. Room size is great, large bathroom too. Comfortable bed. Tree view. Window that opens wide for fresh air. Fire in the restaurant.

Helpful staff,big tidy room,comfortable bed,sauna,swimming pool,jacuzzi,great breakfast…what more do you need for a good leisure time?Everything was great!!!

From check-in to checkout, the staff were excellent! There were 17 in our party and we got a private dining area where Stuart, who was serving us all, was brilliant at serving us all. The bar staff were brilliant and always served with smiles on their faces. The room I had was a great Executive Suite and was more than we hoped for! One thing it could’ve done with us a fridge! That one thing aside, we’re already thinking of booking for next year again! Well done Parklands!
