Everything is perfect location, breakfast and Chris is the best, she did everything for us to feel like at home!! I ll be back in a couple of months not question about it!!!

Great location. the host is just amazing could not ask for anything better. fresh breakfast cooked each Moring also loads of other choices. large rooms with big showers the beds are super comfy. Will 100% stay here on my next visit to Newquay

The guest house was in a good location for the beach and also shops, and Chris is a friendly and welcoming host.The breakfast was good, look forward to staying there again. Pete & Ann.

The property was very nice and clean. The location is a 10 out of 10. We stayed in the room with the balcony and had our own private shower room and toilet. The breakfast was exceptional and the host was so welcoming and friendly. The location is very close to the town centre and you have everything you need, from great restaurants, zoo, adventure places and good bars.

The room was clean, comfortable and we got an upgrade of a bigger shower. The room has everything you need in it. Even plates, cutlery and wine glasses. The bed was comfortable and warm. Location is fantastic close to everything. Breakfast is excellent. Plenty to choose from. Chris really welcoming and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the quiet and clean house, the friendly and helpful hosts, the cozy dining room and the delicious breakfast. The hotel is located in a very convenient location, close to the beach and shops. We also liked the nearby park, where you can sit on a bench with a cup of tea, admiring the stunning view of the ocean.

Chris was very welcoming and the guest house is beautiful. Location is fabulous, right in the centre of Newquay town. Lovely cooked breakfast each morning and plenty of other options. Clean and tidy. Everything you need - nothing too much trouble.

The bed and breakfast was lovely the area was nice the only things that need sorting is the shower was not very good the water pressure was very low and could have a pump fitted too sorry this , two but that’s not the bb fault it’s the parking very little but that can’t be helped , the breakfast was fantastic,
