Great place to stay, love the facilities and especially the breakfast. Sheep were amazing!

“Great stay. Perfect choice for a dog friendly holiday.”

This was our 4th stay here and as usual was perfect. We had a lovely holiday as a couple with a dog. This is the perfect dog friendly stay and great location. Lovely owner Barbara and very good breakfast, brought to us in the morning (lots of choice). Great facilities with lovely toiletries and food stocked in the kitchenette. Very comfortable spacious room. Love waking up to the views of the animals in the fields. Would recommend. We will be back.

“Perfect place to stay near New Quay but away from the bustle.”

Completely quiet and peaceful - no noise from road or other guest rooms, nicely designed and furnished inside, comfy, warm and spacious. Good teas and coffee in the room along with juice, milk, yoghurt, bread, butter, cereals. Fridge, microwave and kettle. Nice shower and wet room. Barbara was very friendly and helpful but not at all intrusive. And the cooked breakfast was indeed great! Loads of options, plenty to eat, delicious. I had a big cooked vegan Welsh brekky. My usually ravenous 9yo but was actually sated by the pancakes, whilst we watched the sheep and lambs being brought out of the barns to the fields. There's a little breakfast porch or decked area to sit and eat, and space around outside for a bit of a leg-stretch or to send lively children whilst having coffee.

“A true gem of a place!”

This is a great find! Beautiful farm location, close to the coast. Very quiet, punctuated by birdsong and the bleating of lambs. The accommodation was spacious, and super cosy and comfortable. The well stocked kitchen area was an unexpected bonus. The breakfast, served in my room, was delicious! The owner is very friendly and welcoming. This will be my new go to place in the area.

Love the rural setting and outlook. Independent accommodation with everything you need, whether it be for an overnight stay or longer. Very comfortable bed, fabulous wet room and brilliant 'hostess' area with fridge, microwave etc. Barbara, the host is lovely and breakfast was superb. Love being able to sit and watch the sheep whilst having a morning cuppa. Love the rustic outdoor furniture for sitting out on sunnier days.

“A perfect dog friendly stay!”

A great little self contained unit. Everything you need for a visit. Comfy bed, great shower. Scummy breakfast brought to your room. Excellent range of teas, coffee etc. Couldn't wish for more.... Oh and a lovely host to go with it.

“Really enjoyable and relaxing stay in a lovely quiet area and very convenient to New Quay.”

A very comfortable stay in a room that had everything you could need. We had amazing breakfasts brought to us by our host Barbara each morning (quite a wide choice too!) Milk and orange juice were provided on arrival plus a wide variety of teas and coffee. Barbara was really friendly and and very helpful. She even let us feed her two young lambs alongside two other guests which was a plus. As it was just after Christmas, the weather was cold and foggy so views etc in the area were almost non existent. I bet its beautiful in good weather. We still enjoyed our stay though which we found really relaxing.

“A lovely place to stay with the added bonus of seeing the lambs on the farm.”

Yes you had the choice of a full cooked breakfast or plenty of other choices. The location was good and not far from the coast and other towns you could visit nearby.
