Would definitely return. Very friendly and helpful owner who is very accommodating and understanding. Location is fantastic, everything on the doorstep (transport, shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment) yet, not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Very accessible from airport via taxi or bus (bus is cheaper £2 and just as easy as getting taxi from airport). Walking distance to train station so a great base to explore Cornwall. Clean and comfortable. Fan and mini fridge in room which was very welcomed!

Close to everything you need. Very nice & clean room with a fridge which is really good to have for a 4 nights stay.

Had the basics. Was clean, beds were comfy and was in a good location. Host was also very friendly and extremely accommodating.

Arrival and entry details arrived promptly on the day and they were ready early which allowed us a free early check in that was timed perfectly for us having just parked the car. We made our own way in from the details given so it was nice to be self sufficient with keypads etc. A cute welcome card inside the door and a shelf of goodies to help yourself to if you wanted, cans of pop, bottles of water, sweets and cakes and nearby leaflets which was a lovely touch. Clean room and a helpful fridge in this heat and big fan with a nice view too. Location is absolutely perfect and not up a massive hill which I have been used to on previous stays locally! Ben was lovely and helpful and had we needed anything else I am sure he would have helped us with that too! A friendly, happy host goes a mile to making a stay feel welcome.

Location was fab, staff were welcoming and friendly. Was busy season with boardmasters but they gave free water and nibbles which was a thoughtful touch. It was nice to be able to come and go as we pleased. Tea and coffee facilities with a fridge. Shower worked well. Fan was great too.
