Quite location with a lovely view from the Caravan. 8 mins drive into Newquay town center and a lovely beach near by with lovely coastal walks.

Caravan and contents excellent. Very clean and modern. I was on a short stay for a family do in Newquay, so it was a convenient base. I was fortunate to be close to the entrance end of the site, close to the shop, close to the pool, and close to convenient parking - but still in a quiet location (although not staying at the busiest time).

We loved the caravan as husband is disabled and it had a wet room and a very large bedroom for a caravan. My family live near by and we enjoyed the pool.

The caravan was clean fresh bedding. Liek hotel crisp :) staff at reception was helpful. Things was closed built it is out of season however I still got to use the indoor pool, thay was heated too sop was lovley and the views was extremely beautiful

Lovely and comfortable, clean and well equipped. Only problem was an odour of cat spray in the double bedroom. We got this on discount for a few days and it's a beautiful caravan with its own parking spot and stream next to it.
