The location was amazing, the owner was very friendly and made the stay very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and tasted so fresh. Planning book again when I’m next in Newquay.

Great value, clean and tidy, big comfy bed, little ensuite, fridge, flat screen TV, snacks and drink making facility. Dogs no problem. I will be back next year!

We attended to wedding on Lusty Glaze so location of this hotel was perfect. Comfortable bed , very clean room . The owner is amazing lady , she welcomed us with open arms and let us stay bit longer to recover before we drive back home. overall 10/10 and we will definitely book Jasmin House again in our next trip to Newquay

Plentiful lovely breakfast, friendly welcoming hosts and comfy beds. Even a mini fridge in the room with daily fresh milk- lovely touch!

Cindy and Ash are great hosts - so friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Location is great - easy walk into Newquay and Porth. Very good value for money.

10/10 for the breakfast, location was spot on , only a short walk into the centre of Newquay and a lovely little beach with cafe/bar within a couple of hundred metres.

Jasmine is situated in a great location with off road parking. The hosts , Cindy and Ashley are really lovely. They were laid back warm and welcoming! They do an excellent job of ensuring guests are happy. The bed was comfy with good quality linen and I slept well. The breakfast menu offered plenty of choice served in a bright and colourful dining room. I was given a cream tea and some fresh fruit to takeaway! Totally unexpected and very generous. The guest house is looking a little tired here and there , apart from that exceptional value for money and I'd stay again.
